Shannon's talent to create a unique, quality client experience contributed to her success as art director for one of the nation's top 200 salons. Shannon dreamed of building "the finest salon experience" by combining her intensive training and experience. Her concept of bel ami Salon became her work in progress.
Shannon's commitment to the bel ami team and clients is evident in her skill and continual, national training with the respective industry professionals. Shannon's specialized expertise includes Master Hair Coloring with Jaques Dessange Advanced Color and Highlighting in Manhattan, Schwarzkopf Advanced Color, L'Oreal Color Keys and Framesi Advanced Coloring. While Shannon's hair color technique and expert eye is her strong suite, her training also includes Toni and Guy Advanced Cutting, Bumble and Bumble Design Studio New York, and American Crew for Men. Shannon creatively designs and executes hairstyles to please all types of clients. |

A natural enthusiast towards activity and people, Tanya joined the upbeat bel ami team in 2001 as a hair stylist. Tanya is a master of her craft. Early in her career, she had the mark of distinction by apprenticing under John Aquita in Colorado Springs and has since worked in top salons in Colorado.
Tanya continues to advance her skills through training with industry leaders such as Yosh Master Cutting, James Morrison Hand's On, Toni and Guy Basic and Advanced Cutting, American Crew for Men, L'Oreal Color Keys, Schwarzkopf and Framesi Advanced Coloring. Tanya's uniquely advanced hair cutting style is guaranteed to please even the most discriminating client. |

Ingrid is Austrian born and brings a uniquely European flare to bel ami. Ingrid's career began in her native land of Austria, where she spent three years training and working as an apprentice. After spending time as a hair stylist in both Texas and California, Ingrid settled in Colorado and become a valuable member of the bel ami team.
Ingrid's experience includes Paul Mitchell Advanced Cutting, Hands On John Paul and Sam Brocato, Visible Changes Academy Houston, Texas, Toni and Guy Advanced Cutting, Bumble and bumble Design Studio New York , American Crew for Men, L'Oreal Color Keys, Schwarzkopf and Framesi Advanced Coloring. |

Maggie is a native to the Colorado area and is a second-generation hair stylist. Maggie has brought her natural creativity and passion for her craft to the bel ami team where she continues her training and growth. She has spent many hours training with industry leaders and plans to continue her education and advancing her skills.
Maggie's training include: Network Educator, Bumble and bumble Styling Class, Phyto Cutting Class, advanced color techniques with The American Board of certified colorist, Framesi Goldwell, and Redkin advanced coloring and techniques. Framesi Italian style cutting, Bumble and bumble of New York razor cutting and cutting for men. |

Lynn has the knowledge and skill that she has gained over the years in the Salon Industry. Whether classic cuts or modern styling, Lynn continues to learn and enjoy working with clients.

| Erin’s enthusiasm as a hair stylist follows her wherever she goes. Beginning her career as an apprentice at a top salon in Minneapolis Minnesota, Erin’s focus is on haircutting and styling. Short, long, curly or straight, Erin loves it all. She has a particular technique for shattered, texturized haircuts which can be described as art. This cut works well on medium or long hair and leaves many different styling options available to the client.
Erin has further enhanced her skills through a 6 month apprenticeship and a variety of advanced level training courses which eventually led her to bel ami.

| Kendra spends her time working with her clients to help them feel great about themselves. Fresh and forward-thinking, Kendra is continually expanding her talents in haircutting, coloring, styling and product knowledge. Her training includes:

Kendra likes to refer to one of her favorite techniques as a flash wave. Particularly special for those wanting added body and texture, this perm technique incorporates larger rods and chaotic sections for an unruly, yet natural looking wave pattern. Kendra enjoys working in bel ami’s relaxed environment. Her daily interaction with the friendly clientele makes it all the more special.

| Susan, bel ami's Salon Manager brings her marketing ideas, enthusiasm and business experience to the salon. It's Susan's goal to make your visit one to remember.
Susan graduated with a Business Administration degree in Marketing with a minor in Accounting from the University of Iowa. Her attention to detail and her people skills makes her a valuable part of the team. She would like you to truly become one she can call her bel ami - "beautiful friend".
